Meet COGA

The Curacao Online Gaming Association (COGA) represents the interests of Curacao licensed operators. COGA stands for a government-regulated, transparent and attractive gambling jurisdiction. Curacao has one of the oldest gambling jurisdictions in the world and a long and proud history of facilitating some of the world’s biggest operators over the past 30 years. The local infrastructure is high quality, and the island provides for a stable political and tax-friendly climate, all within the Dutch Kingdom.

About COGA

The name COGA stands for the Curacao Online Gaming Association. The association was founded on 23rd March 2022 and aims to represent the interests of the online gaming sector in Curaçao. COGA will consist of members and associate members.

The association was incorporated to give a voice to the industry and input on their behalf in the new law and regulations that are expected to come into effect in early 2023.

We are committed to a government-regulated, transparent and attractive online gambling jurisdiction that allows both mature and starting operators to be innovative on a global scale.

COGA stands for a constructive dialogue with all directly interested parties in the gaming industry, based as much as possible on facts and figures.
